Upon your flight arrival at Beijing International Airport, our guide will hold a sticker with your name waiting for you at the exit. Drive 1 hours away to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Mutianyu Great Wall has much more watchtowers than normal Great Wall. Altogether, you will find 22 watchtowers on this 1.4 mile stretch of Wall. Fortifications were as well constructed over the both sides of the Great Wall. It also has inner and out barriers that are crenelated with merlons. This was so shots could be fired at attackers on both sides - an extremely unique and fascinating characteristic of the Great Wall, which presents the strategic military value. If you need to get to the highest point, cable car is a good choice (optional). Last, transfer you back to the Beijing Airport to catch up your flight.
